Shipping & Returns Policy
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed. During sale and holiday periods, please allow additional time for your order to be processed. Please be aware that online orders are not processed over weekends or on Public Holidays. Full tracking details will be sent to customers when shipped.

Processing Times
- Standard Orders: 1-3 business days
- Subscription Orders: Processed automatically every 30 days
- Pre-Orders: Processing time will be specified on product page
Orders placed after 2pm AEDT will be processed the following business day.

New Zealand:
- Standard International: $16.95 (5-10 business days)

Subscription Shipping
Subscription customers receive FREE standard shipping on all deliveries, regardless of order value.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking confirmation email. You can monitor your package’s journey through our shipping partner’s tracking system.

Return Eligibility
What can be returned:
- The Essential Tool
- Unopened Boob Oil, Women’s Blend, or Scar Serum products
- Items must be in original packaging
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
What cannot be returned:
- Opened skincare or supplement products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Products damaged through misuse
- Items purchased with discount codes exceeding 50% off
How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping
Australia: Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
New Zealand: Return shipping costs apply unless the item is faulty
Faulty Items: We’ll provide a prepaid return label
Refund Process
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Original payment method will be credited
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless item was faulty)
Damaged or Faulty Items
Your wellness essentials should arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or faulty item:
- Contact us immediately at hello@nuni.com.au
- Include photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange immediate replacement or full refund
- No need to return the faulty item unless requested
